Error: "Unable To Connect To Specified Email Account" While Connecting Enterprise Capture To Exchange Server (Doc ID 2113406.1)

When trying to verify the Capture server email import processor connection to the Exchange Server, the error message appears:

"Unable to connect to the specified email account."


New or changed email service provider, expired email server SSL certificates, or new Capture implementation
