Duplicate Projects Listed In WFR Web Verifier Project Dropdown List (Doc ID 2114863.1)

Symptoms

In Web Verifier within the Project dropdown, there are multiple projects listed.  There should only be two projects listed.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to Web Verifier.
2. Click the Settings gear icon.
3. Click the Project pulldown menu.
4. See that several projects are listed.
