IE - Table Filter with LOV is not working as Expected (Doc ID 2115601.1)

Using JDeveloper 12.1.3.0.0, created and ADF BC application which has View Object (VO) with List Of Values(LOV) is defined for a attribute.

When we use this Table in JSF page and while doing the Filter option at runtime then filter operation won't work with IE11 and IE 9 browser.

Expected behavior should be when we select a value from the List and press Enter, Table should be populated with the Filtered values.
This issue happens only with Internet Explorer browser (IE 11 and IE 9), other browsers like Firefox and Chrome filter operation works fine
