Client Profiles are not Displayed in Enterprise Capture dc-client Page for Some Users

Some users have been provided access to specific client profiles, but after logging in to the dc-client page, the client profile drop-down list is empty. Other users (the Capture Workspace Manager user "weblogic" for example) can see all client profiles that this user has been assigned.
