Symptoms

After upgrading from WebLogic Server 10.3.2 to WebLogic Server 12.1.3.0, the below Oracle JDBC Driver SQLException occurs continuously on an application using an updatable resultset:

java.sql.SQLException: Value conflicts occurs
at oracle.jdbc.driver.UpdatableResultSet.executeUpdateRow(UpdatableResultSet.java:1435)
at oracle.jdbc.driver.UpdatableResultSet.updateRow(UpdatableResultSet.java:828)
at weblogic.jdbc.wrapper.ResultSet_oracle_jdbc_driver_UpdatableResultSet.updateRow(Unknown Source)
