When Delivery Mode of JMS Queue Is Set to Non-Persistent, UOW Messages Could Not Be Dequeued (Doc ID 2116657.1)

When sending Unit-Of-Work (UOW) messages to a JMS queue, they could be dequeued successfully with setting "Delivery Mode" to "Persistent".  But when "Delivery Mode" is set to "Non-Persistent", those messages could not be dequeued.
