Symptoms

1. For 200 concurrent users, Observing a large allocation of heap memory(58%/2.7GB) to the oracle.security.jps.internal.policystore.JavaPolicyProvider class which is used in ADF security implementation.

2. From the heapdump, the class is creating >3.5 million hashmap objects in the heap which is very high and causing slowness in the UI performance.

3. Next select statement shows version of OPSS release schema:
