Symptoms
Email notifications generated by SOA task flows are not showing the correct content such as email notifications generated by the Beneficiary Manager task are not showing the correct content. Specifically, the catalog details and other request information is missing. Additionally, a message reading 'Document Store not available' also appears on the email.
