Referencing Artifacts (Images or Logos) in WebCenter Portal 12c Asset Template (Doc ID 2118124.1)

Current example is for a WebCenter Page Template Asset created in JDeveloper 12.2.1.0.

A static image is added using af:image tag in the template.

The asset is published into WebCenter Portal server but the image is not visible. It seems that the image is not bundled in the deploy .aar file.
