After upgrading OAM 22.214.171.124.0 to 126.96.36.199.0, all resource accesses result in a an OAM System Error before credentials are provided. A review of the OAM diagnostic logs in trace show that there appears to be a failure to verify that the resource is protected on the OAM server, EG:
