Preview Screen's URL Of A Content-Type Asset Shows Blank Screen Or 500 Error. (Doc ID 2119054.1)

Goal

When accessing preview screen's URL of a content-type Asset, it shows blank screen or 500 error after login. When Using the preview screen's URL of a content-type Asset, asset preview screen couldn't be shown with WCS 11.1.1.8, even though these asset preview screen could be shown properly with WCS 7.6. If user log-in the sites login page first, the preview screen of the content-type Asset can be shown correctly by accessing preview screen's URL. But if user try to access preview screen's URL directly after closing all browser windows, this issue will happen.

So, please tell me how to fix this problem with WCS 11.1.1.8?
