Capture Import Server is Converting a PDF to Tiff and Getting Error "OIT EXRunExport. Error Number: 13, Error: not enough memory for allocation" (Doc ID 2119740.1)

Import Server is attempting to use OIT to convert a PDF to Tiff, and is receiving the following error message:

Error occurred in OIT EXRunExport. Error Number: 13, Error: not enough memory for allocation

All batch jobs (folders and email) have been set up with 200 x 200 dpi. This error is occurring with all batch jobs.
