Symptoms

The customer is unable to create new site in Site Studio Designer (SSD).

ERROR

Error from Site Studio Designer: Invalid Site ID

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. From SSD create a new site.
2. Click OK
3. When SSD attempts to load the site the error is displayed.
