How to Disable WLST Logs which are created during starting and stopping OHS12c R1 (Doc ID 2123422.1)

Information in this document applies to any platform.

Whenever OHS is started and stopped using startComponent command,
the following files are created under $ORACLE_HOME/logs directry.

- WLST_yyyymmddhhmmss.log (e.g. wlst_20160311024754.log)
- WLST_yyyymmddhhmmss.out (e.g. wlst_20160311024754.out)
