Symptoms
Sometimes the command "EXEC CICS START TRANSID I782" does not return any error but transaction I782 is not instantiated.
The network connection of a target terminal has been terminated due to iptables or firewall. The following trace was output
135730.612.mytmsmachginel8!ARTTCPH.25690364.1.-2: Terminal Disconnected during transaction.
The START TRANSID to the target terminal was called but, at that time, the target terminal was not available already.
