Symptoms

On : 12.1.3.0.0 version, CPU Patch

When the JMS Adapter is configured to listen on a JMS Distributed queue hosted on a WebLogic cluster, if any one node is shutdown, all listeners are moved to the active server. After restarting the server, consumers are not moved back and it just shows "0" consumers for the queue.
