Sites Not Redirecting to Login Page (Doc ID 2124054.1)

When multiple browser tabs are opened to Sites, after navigating back to the first Sites browser, user does not see the Sites login screen, but instead sees the CAS logout screen. 

Upon logout, CAS 'Logout successful' screen shown.
