Oracle JDBC 11.2 Statement.getUpdateCount() Returns Negative Number (Doc ID 2125139.1)

Goal

Oracle JDBC 11.2.0.4 statement.getUpdateCount() returns negative number for the record count over 2.2 billion. The getUpdateCount method return type is integer, so the value is over flowing and ending up in negative value.
Even though all the records get inserted just fine, the count returned is wrong.

What is version of the driver that this issue is fixed?
