Exalogic Virtual: IB Switches Status Shown As Down In Enterprise Manager Cloud Control (Doc ID 2125302.1)

Symptoms

In Exalogic Virtual racks, issue of IB Switches NM2-GW and 36P Spine Switches (in case of half & full racks) shown as DOWN status in Enterprise Manager Cloud Control is seen.

Following is screenshot Exalogic rack asset from Cloud Control which shows IB Switches status as DOWN (Red link for Switches IP's .73 & .74 NM2-GW Switches and .77 Spine Switch).

IB Switches are up and running without any issues and IB network is accessible. Also the IB Switches status is shown as running from EMOC console. Only Cloud Control shows IB Switches status as down.
