ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Passing parameters using POST method to a Webcenter Portal Page are not passed.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Expect WebCenter Portal page parameters can be passed using POST method.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Create an HTML form that calls WebCenter Portal page using an HTML form like this:
   
    
   
   
2. Click the link in the HTML form.
   The first time the link is clicked, it does not work; the page opens but the parameter is not passed in.
   Clicking the link a second time works; the page opens and the parameter is passed in.
