Goal

Oracle API Gateway 11.1.2.3 or later is being used in an environment.  There is a need to validate the XML Signature of a SAML assertion.
SAML Authorization XML-Signature Verification documentation indicates how this can be accomplished.

The documentation references a particular filter; SAML Authorization XML-Signature Verification for use in this Scenario in Policy Studio.  This filter does not seem to exist in Policy Studio.
Since this filter is not available, how can the signature of a SAML assertion be validated?
