UnmappedAddressException Generating Heap Dump After JVM Crash (Doc ID 2126743.1)

When using WLS with jdk1.7.0_45, a crash occurs when generating a heap dump. The WLS server crashes after trying to attach jmap/jcmd to the heap dump without a FullGC request. The following is seen in the error log:
