Enterprise Manager Cloud Control Not Discovering PDUs, IB Spine Switch And Cisco Switch In Exalogic Linux Physical Rack (Doc ID 2126754.1)

Symptoms

When discovering Exalogic Linux Physical racks from EM Cloud Control 12c, issue of PDUs, IB Spine Switch and Cisco Switch not being discovered is seen. Steps in documentation http://docs.oracle.com/cd/E24628_01/doc.121/e35776/app_a_prepare_discovery.htm#BGBFCGJG are followed for discovering the Exalogic Linux Physical rack from Cloud Control. Issue is seen only in one rack el01, other rack el02 is discovered properly.

Below is the screenshot from Cloud Control which shows the discovery problem. PICTURE A shows el02 rack which is discovered properly and shows PDUs, IB Spine and Cisco Switches. PICTURE B shows el01 rack which has discovery issues from Cloud control discovering PDUs, IB Spine and Cisco Switches.
