How To Print a Cover Page in Enterprise Capture 11g (Doc ID 2126853.1)

Goal

After Enterprise Capture releases a batch, a cover page printout containing information about the scanned batch is required.  In Oracle Capture (10g), ActiveX Objects were used.  Is it also possible in Enterprise Capture (11g)?
