Symptoms
When attempting to start the OHS with a wallet which contains the RSASSA-PSS Signature Algorithm, the following error occurs in ORACLE_INSTANCE/diagnostics/logs/OHS/ohs_component/ohs1.log for 11g and DOMAIN_HOME/servers/ohs1/logs/ohs1.log for 12c:
