Symptoms
Oracle WebCenter Content (WCC) supports full-text search in both single-byte and multibyte characters. (e.g. Japanese, Chinese, etc...)
However, when searching text contents (plain text, HTML, XML) with multibyte keywords, it cannot find the contents encoded by non UTF-8 character set (e.g. Shift_JIS in Japanese).
