Poor performance in BPM Workspace due to slow TaskQueryService.queryTasks service (Doc ID 2130580.1)

Symptoms

Refreshing tasks in the Workspace is slower than expected.  After enabling TRACE:32 logging on the oracle.soa.services.workflow.performance logger the following message shows that querying for tasks was also querying for comments and attachments.
