Is It Possible to Decrypt Data Encrypted with "FND/DBMS_CRYPTO" Using ODI? (Doc ID 2130606.1)

Information in this document applies to any platform.

Goal

FND/DBMS_CRYPTO is an encryption using built-in package DBMS_CRYPTO (or Oracle Application supported FND_CRYPTO).
This technique encrypts the data and stores it in the database in the encrypted format. Unlike Transparent Data Encryption (TDE), when querying from the database regardless of the tools used, it always returns in encrypted format.

For more information on FND/DBMS_CRYPTO, please see Document 806296.1 - What are the Data Encryption options for HRMS?

Can ODI be used to decrypt FND/DBMS_CRYPTO encrypted data?
