Integrate Forms 12c with OAM 11g fails with error FRM-93322: unable to obtain user credentials; redirecting to Delegated Administration Services (Doc ID 2132275.1)

Symptoms

On : OAM version 11.1.2.3.0, Integration with Forms 12.2.1.0.0

When configuring a Forms with ssoMode=true and while creating the Resource Access Descriptor, the following error occurs:

ERROR

[FRM-93322] unable to obtain user credentials; redirecting to Delegated Administration Services
[WLS_FORMS] [INCIDENT_ERROR] [FRM-91292] internal error in runtime process: invalid initial message from Java client
[WLS_FORMS] [ERROR] [FRM-93656] Runtime process 12449 is terminating due to signal 11.
[WLS_FORMS] [ERROR] [FRM-93652]  The runtime process has terminated abnormally.
