Symptoms

On : 11.1.1.8.0 version, WebCenter Sites | Gadgets

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
After installing sample_gadgets and trying to register the first gadget (ex. RSSGadget) then clicking on save, nothing appear in the gadgets catalog with the message "No gadgets match the selected criteria".
In cg_gadget table record has been added for new gadget.
