Successfully installed Fusion Middleware (FMW) and Oracle Internet Directory (OID) 11g with Directory Integration Platform (DIP).

The components and all the services are running, but the components (Quartz Scheduler & MBeans) which are under DIP component are showing as down.

Tried stopping and restarting the full stack in the proper order as documented, but the problem persists.
