OWS Case Management Report Issues - Report Drill down Count Mismatch and <nobr> Tags When Exported to Excel (Doc ID 2133046.1)

Symptoms

1. Report drill down count mismatch:

The results summary counts within aggregation reports do not always match the counts of data when the hyperlink is clicked to view the report drill down. It seems that Case Management excludes the upper bound when displaying summary counts, and includes the upper bound when displaying report drill down

2. Export to Excel contains <nobr> tags:

Observed with the standard OWS Alert priority and Alert age/state analysis filters.
