PROBLEM DESCRIPTION

In OEG 11.1.2.3, an OAG Access Token expired too soon during Daylight Saving Time.
MySQL DB is used as OAuth Access Store
Scenario:
1. On the day of the Daylight savings time switch, at 1:00 AM, a request is made for an Access Token.
2. The Access Token is granted with a 2 hour validity, the token expiration is 3:00 AM.
3. At 2:00 AM, clock is moved forward to 3:00 AM
4. At 3:01 AM, the access token created during #2 is no longer valid

Access token becomes invalid an hour sooner
