Folder Source Import Processor is Deleting the Source Folder when "Delete processed subfolder if empty" is Used

Symptoms
When a Folder Import Processor Job has "Delete processed subfolder if empty" set, after processing an image in a subfolder, it is deleting the empty subfolder, but it is also deleting the top-level import source folder.
Example:
Import Folder Path: C:\Capture\Folder1
Create sub directory under Folder1 - C:\Capture\Folder1\sub1.
Place an image file in the sub1 folder. After import processor processes the image, it deletes both the sub1 and Folder1 directories.
