Runtime OAuth Session Replication Through MDC (Doc ID 2135894.1)

Symptoms

Current OAM MDC architecture supports session replication between data centers. These are OAM sso sessions. OAM-MDC  supports APS for synchronizing OAM policy and config changes. All these are available for only OAM related runtime and config  changes.

There is no similar MDC active-active support for OAuth tokens at runtime and OAuth configuration  to other data center via APS mechanism.
