WebCenter Portal User Profile Organization Chart Is Not Showing All Employees For Managers (Doc ID 2138326.1)

Symptoms


ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

When reviewing the Organization Chart in the user's Profile, not all managers are showing the expected user's reports (employees).


STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Connect to WebCenter Portal.

  2. Go to see the Organization Chat in the User Profile.
    Here it will show incomplete list of users reporting to a manager.
