OAG Unable To Validate SAML Signature Generated By SOAPUI (Doc ID 2139045.1)

Symptoms

Oracle API Gateway is unable to validate the Signature generated by SOAPUI when selecting the sender vouches confirmation method.  If selecting the holder of key confirmation method, the generated signature is different and is validated without problems.

The following error trace is logged:
