Scheduler Fails with Error "ODI-2013 Ping to Agent Unsuccessful" after Successfully Starting the 12c ODI Standalone or Collocated Agent (Doc ID 2139186.1)

After starting an Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) 12c Agent either using agent.cmd/sh script or via Node Manager, the following warnings are observed in the log file and the scheduler does not work :
