Incorrect "Session timed out" Error Message On the Browser Due to Inactivity With OIM

Information in this document applies to any platform.
Even after logging out / closing the browser and logging back in after some time and clicking still see session time out error because of inactivity error message when there is no inactivity.
This issue is seen in OIM environment configured for High availability such as
Server 1 -> OIM, SOA, BI
Server 2 -> OIM, SOA, BI, weblogic
Server 3 -> OIM, SOA, BI
