Goal

To provide clear instructions on how to configure Coherence in SOA and Service Bus 12c.

Coherence is used by both SOA Suite and Service Bus under the covers for a variety of things during startup and deployment.  Most deployment issues across a distributed cluster in particular can be traced back to a Coherence configuration problem.
