Content UI Workflow Approve/Reject Options Missing, If There is More Than One User In The Workflow

Symptoms
- Do a check-in and the document goes to workflow.
- In the first step, reject the document, and It comes back to author to edit.
- In this moment, when the document is with the status "Edit", the step default is "contribution" and when the author does a new check-in using the Content UI, the problem occurs.
----> The document does not show, and this message is displayed: "Cannot display document because it could not be successfully converted."
