Goal

By default, the Tuxedo userlog() function opens the ULOG.mmddyy file for every call. If an application makes many userlog() calls, it causes a performance issue.

Provide information, if it is possible, to reduce the Tuxedo ULOG I/O when userlog() calls are being used by an application.
