Exalogic Linux Physical: "PPM exceeds tolerance 500 PPM" NTPD Error Seen On Compute Nodes (Doc ID 2140921.1)

On Exalogic Linux Physical racks (EECS 2.0.3.0.2 & above), after reboot of compute nodes following ntpd error messages are seen in /var/log/messages.

These messages were only seen on some of the compute nodes, the others don't have. Those messages only lasted for a few days, then they disappear.
