Symptoms
After upgrading WebCenter Sites 11.1.1.8.0 to Patch 12+, when including an asset and after selecting the asset template, CKEditor's preview mode renders it incorrectly, instead of rendering the html it displays the html source and some characters are url-encoded.
Every time the Source button is clicked, the data gets encoded again (e.g. every '%' turns into %25).
