Oracle Access Manager (OAM) Multi Data Center (MDC) Replication Does Not Update Consumer Side With Changes (Doc ID 2142399.1)

Symptoms

You have created a new replication agreement and restarted AdminServer on Supplier and Consumer.

Immediately, the sequence number increments on the Consumer side (no changes had been made).

The sequence number does not increment on the Supplier side.

This data is gathered using the following query against both DBs:

Supplier is at 1965

Consumer at 1968

Changes

No update was made to the Consumer policies.

No managed server was running when the sequence number incremented.
