How to set Skyros Top navigation Menu Item Text Limit (Doc ID 2143159.1)

Portal is created by extending Skyros Top Navigation Template .

The issue in English language:

If a certain menu item text length is more than 25 characters, 3 dots will be appended to the end of it (total length of the menu item text becomes 28 characters including the 3 dots )
e.g.
    The text is: Undergraduate Registration
    The receiving output is : Undergraduate Registratio...

The issue in Arabic language:

If a certain menu item text length is more than 15 characters, the menu item text will be chopped off to 12 characters and 3 dots will be appended to the end of it (total length of the menu item text becomes 15 characters including the 3 dots ).
e.g.
   The text is : البريد الإلكتروني
   The receiving output is: البريد الالك...
