There is a requirement for an OUD user to follow a certain password policy or to have a custom requirement. As an example:

1) Minimum length = 8
2) Disallowed past password = 5
3) Minimum numeric character = 1
4) Minimum Alphabet character = 1
5) Minimum Uppercase character = 1
6) Special Character = 1
