OVD11g: Extending Active Directory Schema Fails With Ldap Error 10 (Doc ID 2143576.1)

Symptoms

On : 11.1.1.9.0 version, Virtual Directory Server 

When extending the AD schema the following error occurs,

--- Adding cn=orclcommonattribute,cn=schema,cn=configuration,dc=<COMPANY>,dc=com
javax.naming.PartialResultException: [LDAP: error code 10 - 0000202B: RefErr: DSID-XXXXX, data 0, 1 access points
ref 1: 'xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx'
]; remaining name 'cn=orclcommonattribute,cn=schema,cn=configuration,dc=<COMPANY>,dc=com'
Processing adUserObjClass.ldif........
... Modifying cn=user,cn=schema,cn=configuration,dc=<COMPANY>,dc=com
javax.naming.PartialResultException: [LDAP: error code 10 - 0000202B: RefErr: DSID-XXXXX, data 0, 1 access points

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Set up a new OVD Dev environment.
2. Create the required ldif file for the extending the schema.
3. Execute the java extendAD command with given host and port number mentioned above.
