Symptoms

WLS AdminServer and OHS are on separate hosts.
Accessing Log Configuration page in Enterprise Manager Fusion Middleware Control(fmwc) fails with error:

 

access.log does not show any access entries from AdminServer, in normal condition admin/bin entries should be recorded. 

 

Changes

 Have confirmed that OHS is up and running.
