Intermittent login or logout issue when running multiple servers for high availability setup (Doc ID 2144782.1)

You have multiple federation nodes, fronted by a load balancer. Intermittenly, user reports issue for login and logout.

For login, you may see messages similar but not limited to following:

Problem only occurs in high availability mode. If you run only 1 instance of the federated/OAM node, the issue does not exists.
